Hace un tiempo que me fanaticé con blogs de cocina, decoracion y la combinacion de ambos y me dieron muchas ganas de hacer uno propio, espero que dure... La intencion es contar anecdotas, momentos vividos, recetas, y fotos muchas fotos.
Desde que estoy en Lausanne descubri muchas cosas de mi misma que ni sabia que existian... por ejemplo hasta hace unos 4 años simpre pense que no me gustaba cocinar, ahora tengo un pequeño emprendimiento en el que vengo alfajores, tortas y cosas ricas (dulcepampa.com de paso el chivo), ademas de eso me encanta cocinar en casa, invitar amigos y hacer cosas nuevas y que se vayan bien contentos y con la panza llena. Bueno tambien es verdad que me gusta mucho comer y en el fondo me hace feliz el antes, mientras y el despues de trabajar en alguna receta.
Ademas de esta nueva pasion, tambien me gusta mucho la fotografia. Todo empezo con una digital Nikon que nos regalo mi hermano postizo. La tipica insoportable que saca fotos cada dos minutos. El tiempo fue pasando, las camaras de fotos tambien y la pasion aumentando. Ahora tengo una reflex Canon 500D que me regalo el amor de mi vida.
Mi tercera pasion es viajar. viajar. viajar. Conocer lugares nuevos, gente nueva, caminar, hablar distintos idiomas, conocer conocer y conocer. Absorver cada cultura. Escurrir los aeropuertos y las estaciones de tren!
La idea de este espacio es poner todo esto junto y ver que sale.
Welcome to the Pampa Dulce Blog. I'm Nieves and I come from Argentina but I live in Lausanne (Switzerland) for the moment .... means that I have absolutely no idea of what will happen after I finish my PhD (to avoid questions ...). It has been already some time ago that I am obsessed with cooking and decoration blogs and the combination of both and then I thougth about doing one of my own.
Sice I'm here in Lausanne I discovered many things about myself that I didn't even know were there... for example until about 4 years I always thought I hated cooking, now I actually cook for the "public" I have a website and I sell alfajores, cakes and goodies (dulcepampa.com for some pub), in fact argentinian goodies, that are very well appreciated by the swiss comunity. Besides that, I love to cook at home, invite friends and make new things and make them go home happy and with their souls full of good moments. Well it is also true that I love eating my-self and I feel happy before, during and after working on a recipe.
Appart from this I also like photography. It all started with a Nikon long long time ago now that my pseudo-brother gave us. To tell you the truth I was the taking pics all the time-girl... Time went on, cameras as well and this passion grew stronger. Now I have a Canon 500D which gave me the love of my life.
My third passion is travel. travel. travel. New places, new people, walk, speak different languages, learn new things. Absorb the culture. Squeeze the airports and train stations! The idea of this space is to put all this together and see what comes out.
